HAYS Coffee

John Coffee Hays, also known to most as "Captain Jack", was one of the first Texas Rangers and was a pivotal figure in shaping the early days of Texas. Known for his exceptional bravery and skill, Hays played a crucial role in establishing law and order in the wild, untamed territories. What many Texans might not know is that his legacy extended beyond Texas; captivated by the allure of the Gold Rush, Hays eventually made his way to San Francisco, California.
